Employees improved hospital care
• Employees at a multihospital system serving the southern half of the state wanted to know what they needed to do every day to be successful.
• We worked with an employee-leader team developing communication tools that gave 4,000 employees in six facilities the “need to know” and “nice to know” info they needed.
• Printed materials earned a 70 percent readership. Leadership and town hall meetings were often standing room only–even on the night shift.
