• Research showed our health plan client’s name was more recognized than its competitors. In a saturated HMO market, however, that did not lead to more sign-ups.
• We developed an ad campaign that drove consumers to a landing page and micro-website giving them immediate access to services. Microsite traffic averaged 600 visits/month.
